Wood Product Care

Wood is a natural and durable material which should last for years with the correct care. 

• To maintain the finish on your unique piece of woodwork, please wipe with a dry, lint-free cloth.
• If you wish to polish your item, chose a high-content beeswax polish. Please do not use spray furniture polish as this will degrade the finish over time. 
• Wood is a natural material and is best kept at a stable temperature and humidity to avoid it cracking. 
• Keep out of strong direct sunlight and away from direct sources of heat.
• Over time wooden products may lighten in colour as they react to both natural and artificial light. Rotating items periodically will ensure an even change in colour.

Wool Product Care

Wool is a natural material which should last for years with the correct care. 

• If cleaning is required, do so with a damp cloth or gently bathe in cold water.

• Keep out of direct sunlight, especially items that have been naturally dyed. Over time woollen products that have been dyed may lighten in colour as they react to both natural and artificial light.
